Le <strong>projet de loi<\/strong> en question ne vise pas \u00e0 introduire un nouveau type de contrat, mais un <strong>cadre pour la r\u00e9glementation des accords<\/strong>, <strong>sur une base volontaire<\/strong>, <strong>de travail agile<\/strong>, ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 sans les contraintes de lieu et de temps, r\u00e9pondant ainsi \u00e0 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de fournir une protection ad\u00e9quate aux activit\u00e9s de ladite quatri\u00e8me r\u00e9volution industrielle. L&rsquo;introduction du travail agile dans notre syst\u00e8me juridique suscite depuis longtemps l&rsquo;attention des partenaires sociaux.
