It is going to be published in the Official Gazette. The main labour law topic amended by such law are:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>abolition of the mandatory out of court attempt to settle application at the Provincial Labour Office;<br \/>\n    introduction of the possibility to submit a claim to arbitration, if provided by the applicable Collective National Labour&nbsp;Agreement;<\/li>\n<li>introduction of stricter deadline to the legal proceedings for impugnation of the dismissal;<\/li>\n<li>certification of the employment contract;<\/li>\n<li>redefinition of penalties for the so called &ldquo;concealed labour&rdquo;;<\/li>\n<li>introduction of formal constraints to be borne by the inspection authorities in case of investigation at the company offices;<\/li>\n<li>amending of the rules for the calculation of compensation for cases of transformation of fixed-term contracts into open-ended contracts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Italian Senate has definitively approved the so called \u201cwork related act\u201d to the financial law.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[80,113],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-4617","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-dlp-insights-fr","category-legislation-fr"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>The so called \u201cwork related act\u201d has been approved - De Luca &amp;
