The communication to the competent Authority (so called &ldquo;<i>Centro per l&rsquo;Impiego<\/i>&rdquo;), or to INPS for domestic helpers and caregivers, will only guarantee the issuance and renewal of residence permit for non-European employees. The mentioned cancellation is provided for by the note of the Ministry of Labour No. 4773 of 28<sup>th<\/sup> November 2011. Therefore, the model &ldquo;Q&rdquo; no longer exists. The commitments once contained in the residence permit (accommodation and payment of expenses for the foreigner&rsquo;s repatriation) will be assumed by the employer in the unified model of hiring. The new model of communication, last updated 15<sup>th<\/sup> November, is already available on the website of the Ministry of Labour (www.lavoro.gov.it). Through the <i>online<\/i> sending to the competent &ldquo;<i>Centro per l&rsquo;Impiego<\/i>&rdquo;, within the day before the starting of employment relationship, the employer will be free from the obligation concerning the residence contract transmission within five days to the Prefecture.<\/span><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In order to hire a foreign employee it is not required the signature of the residence contract (\u201ccontratto di soggiorno\u201d) anymore.
