{"id":15942,"date":"2023-07-03T08:38:29","date_gmt":"2023-07-03T06:38:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.delucapartners.it\/news-en\/lo-sai-che-sono-state-approvate-nuove-proroghe-in-materia-di-lavoro-agile\/"},"modified":"2023-07-03T09:04:46","modified_gmt":"2023-07-03T07:04:46","slug":"lo-sai-che-sono-state-approvate-nuove-proroghe-in-materia-di-lavoro-agile","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/testing.delucapartners.it\/en\/dlp-insights-en\/lo-sai-che-sono-state-approvate-nuove-proroghe-in-materia-di-lavoro-agile\/","title":{"rendered":"DID YOU KNOW THAT\u2026 New extensions on remote working have been approved?\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>By Law converting, with amendments, Decree-Law no. 48\/2023 &#8211; (the \u2018Employment Decree\u2019 (\u2018<strong><em>Decreto Lavoro<\/em><\/strong>\u2019)) containing \u2018<em>Urgent measures for social inclusion and access to the workplace<\/em>\u2019 &#8211; which has been approved by the Italian parliament and is currently scheduled to be published in the Italian Official Gazette (&#8220;<strong><em>Conversion Law<\/em><\/strong>&#8220;) &#8211; the right to remote working will be extended:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>until <strong>September 30<\/strong><strong><sup>th<\/sup><\/strong><strong>, 2023<\/strong>, for <strong>employees considered \u2018<\/strong><strong><em>vulnerable<\/em><\/strong><strong>\u2019<\/strong> since they are affected by the sicknesses and conditions identified by the Decree of the Minister of Health, February 4<sup>th<\/sup>, 2022. Concerning these categories of employees, it is provided that the employer is required to ensure the work performance remotely, also through the assignment to a different job without any reduction of the salary and without prejudice to the application of any more favorable provisions set out in the relevant national collective bargaining agreement (<em>contratto collettivo nazionale di lavoro, \u2018CCNL\u2019<\/em>).&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It should be noted that the above-mentioned Decree of the Minister of Health, February 4<sup>th<\/sup>, 2022 &#8211;
