The new contract runs from 1 July 2022 until 30 June 2025. Among the changes there is an increase of the <strong>Minimum Wage<\/strong> of \u20ac <strong>204 <\/strong>for the 36 months of contractual validity for category D1 of the National Collective Labour Agreement, divided into five tranches: \u20ac 50 from 1 July 2022, \u20ac 30 from 1 January 2023, \u20ac 68 from 1 July 2024 and \u20ac 20 from 1 June 2025. In addition, no worker may be exempt from <strong>working on-call <\/strong>for the tasks andusing the methods agreed with the company. Unless otherwise agreed by the company, the <strong>surcharges for working on Sundays<\/strong> are applied to work performed on Sundays or days considered holidays. Workers absent due to <strong>illness or accident will be paid after the 14th day of hospitalisation instead of the <\/strong>&nbsp;current 21 days<strong>.<\/strong> The new contract covers guidelines for the digital transformation process including work organisation, skills and training, employment and employability, involvement and participation, industrial relations, health and safety, and the environment.
