For the Firm\u2019s partners and associates, at present comprised of a team of 20 people<\/strong> to create\u00a0personalized<\/strong>\u00a0relationships with clients which are based on mutual\u00a0trust<\/strong>\u00a0and a\u00a0sharing<\/strong>\u00a0of values and goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De Luca & Partners mission<\/strong> is to provide Italian and foreign companies<\/strong> with consultation and legal assistance<\/strong>, in the field of employment law, agency law<\/strong> and trade union negotiations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Firm\u2019s traditional mission is to provide support to businesses<\/strong> and 90%<\/strong> of the Firm\u2019s turnover does in fact come from this type of client. Provided there is no conflict of interest, the Firm occasionally assists Executives in employment contract negotiations and employment disputes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
