{"id":6319,"date":"2020-01-20T23:41:59","date_gmt":"2020-01-20T22:41:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.delucapartners.it\/hr-award-ita\/regolamento\/"},"modified":"2020-01-28T10:44:21","modified_gmt":"2020-01-28T09:44:21","slug":"regolamento","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/testing.delucapartners.it\/en\/hr-award\/regulation\/","title":{"rendered":"Regulation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The prize&nbsp;<strong>Excellence\n&amp; Innovation HR Award<\/strong>&nbsp;has the\nobjective of selecting the best operation or practice in the world of work and\nhuman resources management carried out in Italy, chosen from among the\ninitiatives and projects that have distinguished themselves most:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>ability to boost competitiveness and productivity;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>ability to promote social cohesion and resolve conflicts;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>ability to pursue the development and well-being of the individual;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>breadth of vision and scope;<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>inclusiveness.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Excellence &amp; Innovation HR Award<\/strong>&nbsp;concerns operations or practices\ncharacterised by&nbsp;<strong>innovativeness\nand originality<\/strong>&nbsp;that\nhave been implemented by&nbsp;<strong>companies<\/strong>&nbsp;already present on the market\nand\/or Italian and foreign start-ups&nbsp;<strong>operating in Italy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Award was created at the initiative of&nbsp;<strong>De Luca &amp; Partners <\/strong>in cooperation with&nbsp;<strong>HR Capital<\/strong>&nbsp;with the aim of stimulating\nreflection on the inspiring principles of the best operations in the world of\nwork, rewarding the excellence that is really able to give&nbsp;<strong>impetus to the company<\/strong>, promote <strong>competitiveness<\/strong>, <strong>productivity<\/strong>&nbsp;and more generally the&nbsp;<strong>well-being of individuals and the\neconomy<\/strong>&nbsp;of\nour country, while at the same time preserving the&nbsp;<strong>social pax<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Award aims to offer, to those who have distinguished themselves, a\nplatform of visibility among the public of professionals and, likewise, to\noffer to all professionals in the sector tools for in-depth analysis, vision on\nbest practices, and a high-level networking opportunity.\n\nThe 2018 edition\nended in November.
